End User License Agreement

1. License Grant
Dobby Team grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal or business purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not include the right to sublicense, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our applications.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our applications. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions. You may not use our applications to develop competing products or services, or to benchmark performance against competing solutions.
3. Ownership
Dobby Team retains all right, title, and interest in and to our applications, including all related intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or service marks. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our applications may be used by Dobby Team without any obligation to you.
4. Updates and Modifications
Dobby Team may from time to time provide updates, patches, or modifications to our applications. These updates may be installed automatically without additional notice. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any application at any time.
5. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of our applications may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis depending on the plan you select. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the platform through which you purchased the subscription (App Store, Google Play, or direct purchase).
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Dobby Team does not warrant that our applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You acknowledge that no software is entirely free from defects and that the existence of minor defects shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our applications and delete all copies from your devices. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
